When you need product repair or technical assistance regarding videoconferencing or a fully integrated system, we offer experienced and dedicated service reps in the field or at the CALL CENTER.

Everyone can use a little R&R! --- especially clients who are looking for a full service vendor such as GWCG! We have found that our free on-site system inspection has allowed us to draw up the most relevant and cost conscious service plan. The FREE R&R (review & report) involves the inspection and functional testing of your system. You will receive a full report on the status of your equipment and all connecting accessories, followed by our proposal for "NEW SENTRY" or "NEW GUARDIAN" service. The report is yours to keep, and quite useful no matter who you select as a vendor. We trust, however, that you will truly appreciate what GWCG has to offer!
In todays' changing environment, your hands-on and support staff may turn over frequently. GWCG can support you in this area as well. We offer direct training to an individual or a group, teaching them how to operate, or accept responsibility for your particular equipment or system. We can also support this training with Interactive media, documentation and "quick start" guides.
OUR MOST POPULAR SERVICE PROGRAMS:
"NEW GUARDIAN" Service Plan:
This plan provides next day response on your emergency calls as well as access to our toll free CALL CENTER. NEW GUARDIAN provides enhanced on-site labor and product warranty coverage. Two (2) semi-annual visits will involve a scheduled, "clean - check - test" of your system. Product warranty is also included with the NEW GUARDIAN plan, supporting the repair or replacement of items in your system. GWCG labor costs for up to twelve service calls are provided at n/c. Additional calls during the year will be billed at 10% off our standard labor rates, and you will still qualify for next day service. You will also receive as an added benefit, a 10% discount off our standard pricing for any product or expanded service purchases through our Client Services Dept. Our expanded services include: specialized labor bookings and technician requests, site and event consultation or planning, short and long term audio visual and computer related rentals, product or system training, along with equipment upgrades, parts and supplies.
"NEW SENTRY" Service Plan:
This plan provides next day response on your emergency calls as well as access to our toll free CALL CENTER. NEW SENTRY covers standard labor cost coverage for up to four (4) site visits per year. Two (2) of those visits will involve a scheduled, semi-annual "clean -check - test" of your system. Additionally with the NEW SENTRY plan, standard GWCG labor costs for your first two service calls are provided at n/c. Additional calls during the year will be billed at 10% off our standard labor rates, and you will still qualify for next day service. You will also receive as an added benefit, a 10% discount off our standard pricing for any product or expanded service purchases through our Client Services Dept. Our expanded services include: specialized labor bookings and technician requests, site and event consultation or planning, short and long term audio visual and computer related rentals, product or system training, along with equipment upgrades, parts and supplies. Our contracted clients receive priority, but even if a service contract is not purchased, we will gladly respond to your request on a per-call basis. We are always available to service equipment on an hourly basis. Our reasonable and competitive base service rates, at $90 for the 1st hour, and $75/hr after that (door to door) make GWCG a great choice!
